A well-established and growing gourmet confectionery company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who’ll report directly to the MD and work closely with the rest of the strategic management team.
This is a critical BD role heading up the wholesale sales function of this 40-year established, employee-owned manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer.
Initially based across HQ and the production site then developing into a hybrid role allowing for customer visits; office/site working and occasional home working, the role requires regular key customer visits; attendance at national and international trade shows, product tastings and demonstrations; as well as management and motivation of the Kent-based team.
