Lost Sheep Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to manage and grow our B2B relationships. As a local specialty coffee roaster with roots in Aussie-style coffee culture, we pride ourselves on ethical sourcing, precision roasting, and delivering world-class coffee experiences.

At Lost Sheep Coffee, we started with a dream to make specilaity coffee accessible by bringing the vibrant, specialty coffee scene of Melbourne to the UK. Based in Whitstable, we focus on sourcing traceable, ethically grown specilaity beans and roasting them with precision for maximum flavour. Our wholesale partnerships play a key role in expanding our mission to serve exceptional coffee across cafés, restaurants, and beyond.
Your Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, building relationships with existing and prospective wholesale partners. Your efforts will continue to ensure that Lost Sheep Coffee remains the go-to speciality coffee supplier in Kent, while also aligning with our ethos of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with our existing B2B wholesale family, ensuring excellent service and retention.
Actively seek and onboard new wholesale family members, sharing the story of Lost Sheep Coffee and tailoring solutions to their needs.
Regularly visit clients within the local area, ensuring they receive the support, training, and materials needed to showcase our products.
Collaborate with the roasting and marketing teams to communicate product offerings and seasonal promotions.
Support the wholesale team with insights from the field and feedback from partners.
Requirements
A full UK driving license (essential).
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and appreciation of specialty coffee (training provided).
Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
Ability to manage your own schedule and travel locally as needed.
Ability to summarise your weekly activities into a weekly download with the director to share your successes and challenges.
