Ingredients:

  • Cooked Korker cocktail sausages
  • High protein wrap
  • 3 whisked eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Sliced red pepper
  • Grated cheese

Method:

  1. Press the protein wrap into an oven-proof dish
  2. Place Korkers in the bottom
  3. Fill with all the other remaining ingredients
  4. Top with the grated cheese
  5. Oven bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
