Recipe: Korker Hot Dogs

Perfect for summer BBQs through to the winter months, hot dogs are quick and easy, and always a hit with friends and family

They are simple to make and delicious.

METHOD:

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and place the baking tray inside.

Once pre-heated griddle sausages for approximately 20 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown.

Whilst the sausages cook, prep your bread rolls by cutting and filling them with butter.

For the caramelised onions, slice up the onions preheat the oil in a frying pan and fry for 15 minutes till golden, string frequently.

When the sausage has an internal temperature of 75’c they are done.

Remove the sausages from the oven, place them into the buns, and garnish as you wish.
