A 'Korker' of a breakfast recipe for the colder months, and so simple!
Ingredients
Korker sausage meat
Morghew Russet Burbank potatoes
Diced onions and peppers
1 egg
Method
Dice potatoes into small pieces same size as onions and peppers
Cook the sausage meat for about 5 mins add all other ingredients cook until crispy
Add fried egg to serve
