We are a regenerative micro farm providing local, sustainable produce.
When harvested and grown at the same time, the gardens' bounties always pair perfectly together in whatever recipe.
Simple, seasonal cooking and eating is one of the original inspirations why I started to learn to grow food when I was younger and then later wanted to start a small farm. It is still embedded in the farms' foundations, with us wanting to share this produce and the joy that comes with people using seasonal ingredients at their peak to enjoy a meal with, friends, family, community or even themselves
Whether it’s the restaurants and cafes we supply, the people who purchase directly from us, or the customers who find our produce in the shops we serve, we’re beyond privileged and grateful that our produce can connect people and places.
If you want to talk all things food and get excited with us about produce, come and find us at our stalls at The Sondes Tea House and Edibleculture in Faversham. See our socials for dates and times.
