At ME13 Market Garden, located just outside Faversham, growing food is about more than just produce - it’s about people.
This regenerative micro-farm is built on a foundation of sustainable practices and a deep appreciation for seasonal cooking.
From humble beginnings, inspired by a love of fresh, simple meals, ME13 has grown into a thriving market garden supplying local restaurants, cafes, and shops. Each vegetable is a celebration of the seasons, connecting customers to the land and the joy of eating fresh food.
At this time of year its all about the preparations – compost, soil, seeds, it's always reliant on the weather – temperature, rainfall, sunshine. Learning to work with the land and the environment is all part of the journey.
