Meet your guide at The Horsebridge, get kitted out in wellies and waders before walking out to the farm to learn about the process of oyster farming as well as the unique properties of this environment which give our oysters their distinct taste and character.
Of course, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a few delicious, freshly shucked oysters, washed down with a glass of locally produced wine or our very own Whitstable Brewery beer.
