Toffee Apple Martini Recipe from Unita 4

Our latest cocktail addition is the Toffee Apple Martini, it’s too good not to share!

It’s the perfect autumnal drink. A little bit sweet, a little bit tart, and a little bit warming. We decorate ours with a slice of dried apple.

Ingredients

30ml Bourbon – we use Jim Beam

75ml Cloudy Apple Juice – we really recommend using cloudy instead of regular apple juice

15ml Lemon Juice

1 tsp Honey – you can tweak this to your liking

Method

Add all the ingredients along with some ice into a shaker and shake for 20 seconds – if you do not have a cocktail shaker at home you can add ice to a jug and stir the ingredients as well as you can to mix them together

Strain into a martini glass – you can really pour it in any glass but we love to use a martini glass.

Garnish with a slice of dried apple and serve.
