November is set to be an exciting month at The Ferry House, as this family-run venue turns 21. In this time they have developed from a humble country inn, to the award-winning restaurant, kitchen garden, accommodation and weddings venue they are today. Marking the celebration is the official launch of their new website, blog and branding, with the ‘Harty pheasant’ logo a nod to the iconic game birds of the local estate; one of the signature ingredients on The Ferry House’s ‘homegrown, family farmed and locally sourced’ menu.
With the continued expansion and aspirations of the business, this is an exciting time to join the team and take your next hospitality career step. Among their available positions, they are looking for a passionate Sous Chef and Chef De Partie for their award-winning, AA Rosette restaurant. Benefits include a four day working week, a minimum of five days off over Christmas and newly constructed in-house butchery facilities.
