Made with love, our delicious Blanc de Blanc is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes.

This sparkling wine has been matured on the lees for an incredible 52 months, allowing it to develop richness and complexity.

We riddle, disgorge, cork, cage, and lovingly label each bottle by hand.

This sparkling wine has a vibrant nectarine, citrus and white peach nose, with lemon, shortbread and pastry notes on the palate.

Its abundant, creamy mousse is reflective of the time spent on the lees.

Bottles are £35 each, 15% discount on orders of 6 or more.
