COCKTAIL RECIPE: Fig and Plum Sour from Greensand Ridge
A fig and plum sour is a great cocktail to make for a huge flavour profile and great winter flavours.
Remember to dry shake, then wet shake, and always double strain to get the best head which will support any adventurous garnish!
- 50ml Plum brandy
- 20ml Crème de Figue
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
1/2 egg white or foamer drops
