Chapel Down sparkles at Buckingham Palace state banquet
This Week (Tuesday 3rd December), Buckingham Palace hosted a prestigious state banquet in honour of Qatar’s state visit to the UK.
The event was attended by King Charles, members of the royal family, the Emir of Qatar, and a host of other famous faces.
Guests were treated to a luxurious menu featuring Cornish lobster, pheasant with Savoy cabbage, and a plum sorbet dessert, paired with an exceptional wine list. Among the selections was Chapel Down’s Grand Reserve 2018, a sparkling wine crafted in Kent.
