Book at winter experience with Wayfarer Wines

We are open all year round so why not book an experience at Wayfarer Wines.

There really is no better way to discover a producer than by visiting and hearing their story firsthand. We are open Friday’s and Saturday’s 11-5pm and Sunday by appointment only during the winter. So why not treat yourself and enjoy a tasting of some fabulous still wines.

Self guided tour – FREE

You are most welcome to take a walk around the estate at your own pace and enjoy the stunning views. Its picturesque, peaceful and good for the soul. We offer wine by the glass and have picnic benches in the heart of the vineyard- perfect for a leisurely stop.

Tours and Tastings – £15pp
We offer a guided tour and tasting, giving insight into the hard work that goes into running the vineyard and growing the grapes. The tour is followed by a tutored tasting of our wines.

Wine flight and local Cheese pairing Tour- £25 per person

Meet one of the vineyard owners who will guide you through the vineyard and then a tasting flight of our outstanding still wines from Kent. Paired with 3 specially selected award winning local cheeses from the High Weald Dairy, chutney and crackers.

Wine tasting and Ploughman’s style lunch £35pp

(Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free options also available)

We will lead you around the vineyard and then you’ll enjoy a flight of exceptional English still wines, followed by a Ploughman’s lunch. You will have the option to purchase a glass or bottle of your favourite wine to enjoy alongside lunch. Soft drinks also available. Ploughman’s includes locally sourced High Weald Diary cheeses, Moons Green charcuterie, sausage rolls, grapes, chutneys, fresh bread and butter.

Wayfarer Wines

Our first vineyard was planted in 2016, almost 3,000 vines at the rear of the family home, nestled in the rolling landscape along the beautiful Pilgrims Way in Kent.
