As a Kent based business change has been afoot here at Stephens Fresh Foods Ltd.

In with the new modern way of working, including forward thinking policies, employee voice and Full staff training on everything, we at Stephens Fresh Foods Ltd believe in our staff returning home to their families Healthy and Safe. Change hasn’t been easily accepted with many of our staff having worked here for over 10 years, some with as many as 30 years service, but on we strive. Headed up by Caroline White TechIOSH Assoc CIPD our Health, Safety and HR Manager has attempted the impossible, working with our extremely talented senior management team and staff, our nearly 50 year old company has adapted to working well within the modern ways and long may it continue, with an increase in efficiency, productivity and sales, proof really has been in the pudding.

New talent are being trained with our MD’s sons recently passing their FLT training, Admin staff training for progression into sales and a necessary increase in staffing throughout. Directors have invested already in machinery, access control, training and building aesthetics, we have high hopes for even bigger things in 2023.
