With the arrival of Spring we open our gallery to display the work of Peter Livesey who is regularly commissioned by Canterbury Cathedral for their official calendars, cards and prints.
He has exhibited in national collections such as the Royal Watercolour Society, the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours and at Chelsea Town Hall. His work is also in private collections around the world. Peter was a family doctor for many years and now concentrates on painting in watercolour in three main areas: townscapes, marine and figurative.
In addition to Peter's work in the main gallery is the exquisite jewellery of Khoa Mahon and the fabric art of Tessa Livesey, both exhibiting in the small gallery.
Both galleries are open from 10:30 to 5:00 every Saturday from Saturday 2nd April to Saturday 11th June.
