A 'Spirited' update from Canterbury Distillers at The Foundry

We are pleased to be supporting the restoration of the Whitstable Gamecock oyster yawl by producing a fantastic Dark Rum with them. The rum is finishing its aging now in a virgin American Oak cask and is due to be released in July this year. We’re hosting a wonderful evening at The Foundry on the 18th July where guests will taste the Rum, enjoy some Foundry nibbles and hear from the Whitstable Maritime/Oyster Yawl restoration team. @gamecockoysteryawl

We also exhibited our award winning English Whiskey for the first time last weekend at The Croydon Whisky Festival-a fantastic opportunity and experience where we were very welcomed and received. This is ahead of a big night tonight at the World Whiskies Awards finals in London with Whisky Magazine Official.
