Perfect for sharing, dipping or spreading, the A Little Bit trio consists of a Peamole, a Spicy Salsa and Onion and Chive dip. The Peamole offers an alternative to the eminent Guacamole; the key ingredient peas used as a replacement for avocados. The Spicy Tomato Salsa continues to encompass the brands efforts to champion quality ingredients, with the addition of fresh parsley and coriander, and the Onion and Chive dip, made using fresh chives; it is light, creamy and satisfying but without all the nasties.
Bean Smitten's Revive Blend, winner of 2 stars in The Great Taste Awards, is a medium-dark roast coffee. Bold upfront, with a silky mouthfeel and a sweet finish. Suitable for filter, espresso and bean to cup machines.

Oh hello October! Our beautiful Autumnal pumpkins and squashed have taken over outside the shop!
Alongside all our wonderfully coloured pumpkins and squashes, we have the big orange beauties available for all your Halloween decorating, cooking and carving!
They are all grown on Castle Farm, but we do the muddy fieldwork for you and bring them in on big trailers for you to choose your favourite outside the shop.
Plenty of Autumn gifts and farm foods are available inside the shop too.
Farm Shop open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm and Sundays 10am-5pm. Closed on Mondays.
Saturday 5th October we will have, music, dancing and lots of Kent Green Hop Beer. We have brewed our multi award winning Kent Green Hop beers: Good Harvest, 3.8% golden ale brewed with hops from our own bines and Goodness Gracious Me Green Hop 4.8% IPA. To celebrate the hop harvest we have a Green Hop Festival on Saturday 5th October. The Dead Horse Morris and Broomdashers will be dancing from 1pm and at Blake Sonnet will perform some great popular songs during the afternoon. There will be music and dancing until 9:30pm! We will have our stone baked pizzas with tasty toppings, gourmet pork pies and lots of beers, local wines and ciders etc! Please see attached.

Our Ghostly Duchess Potato recipe is perfect for October half-term antics and you can find all the potatoes you need online in our Halloween mixed box (along with some Pink Fir Apple ‘severed fingers’ – just add ketchup!).

With Summer an almost distant memory and Winter fast drawing in, the team at The Wooden Spoon are often in need of a warmup to take the chill off and a cosy up in front of the fire. We don’t share a blanket anymore due to social distancing but we still love a steaming cup of the Wooden Spoon winter warmer.
All you need is some hot water, a bag of English breakfast tea and the Stud Orange & Brandy from our amazing Weck jar range of bottled fruits. Just slice the orange and add it into your mug, along with a healthy slug of the brandy and a few cloves. Then add the teabag and pour in the hot water. When that’s done, just leave it to infuse for a few minutes then enjoy the taste of Autumn in a mug.
