I'm Ed Walker, Founder of Wild Oats, lifelong lactose intolerant coffee lover and oat aficionado.
Having tried and been underwhelmed by every milk alternative under the sun, I wanted a milk that doesn’t mask, isn’t overly sweet or bitter but compliments espresso-based specialty coffee.
Working collaboratively with a merry band of leading roasters and baristas, we think we’ve developed the perfect oat milk. What you’re tasing is recipe no.7 – the premium Gold Top of oat milks. 1ltr Wild Oats Barista Oat Drink
Ingredients: oat base (water, oats 12%), sunflower oil, faba bean protein (from broad beans), sea salt, potassium carbonate, vitamin mix, B12, iodine, gellan gum.
Once opened, keep Wild Oats in the fridge and consume within 5 days of opening.
