In 2019, Peter Bracewell left the corporate grind to pursue his passion for spirits. After moving to Folkestone, he founded The Folkestone Distillery. Beach Buoys Coastal Gin fuses tradition with modernernity, using aluminium bottles for sustainability.

He fell in love with Folkestone and after moving with his wife Abbie and daughter Bonnie to the dramatic Kent coast, set about creating The Folkestone Distillery.
Beach Buoys Gin is the beginning of his journey, taking a modern approach to a historic industry.
In addition to using cutting edge technology to create a unique flavour in both the Coastal Dry and Coastal Aromatic gins, The Folkestone Distillery uses fully recyclable aluminium bottles - part of a commitment to ensuring the joy of beach living continues for generations to come.
