Our passion is hand crafting sourdough breads and pastries that are incredibly delicious, nutrition and sustaining. Our purpose is to do so in a way that benefits our community, our customers and the environment.
We aim to produce exceptional sourdough breads using the best ingredients and traditional methods to develop flavour and texture. Our bread is for sale both from us at the bakery and at local shops. We also supply wholesale for restaurants, pubs & and cafes.
You can order our bread for home delivery on a Thursday or to collect from The Goods Shed or the Bakery on a Saturday. You can even create a subscription so you don't need to remember to order every week!
Our beers lean towards the modern Pales and IPAs coming from the USA with light malt and hop forward characteristics.
