Venison Biltong arrives at The Potato Shop

Combining wild game meat from Morghew Park Estate (home of The Potato Shop) with the expertise of award-winning Biltong producers North Downs Real Food we have created a natural and sustainable snack. Our Venison Biltong is dried and seasoned in a classic South African style and is packaged in pocket sized sachets making it a lovely winter walking companion (and a great stocking filler for the foodies in your life).

With a subtle venison flavour it is a great introduction to Morghew’s Wild Game, the offerings of which have been expanding in the past few years to include venison, pheasant, duck and pigeon. Products such as this are seasonal and available throughout autumn and winter, perfect for hiding from these dark, wet days with (and excellently complimented by a good potato!).
