January calls for flavours that are rich, spicy & warming, and, if you’re trying it this month, vegan as well.
This recipe works with a delicious sauce as a base that you can add lots of different things to. We’ve gone for smoked tofu in this case, although it would work just as well with our slow-grown Fosse Meadows chicken.
To accompany this dish, we’ve chosen white basmati rice cooked with cardamom and lemon.
