Henry has a wealth of knowledge having worked in the industry from 15. He has a passion for creating artisan products and helping inspire customers to provide them with quality cuts regardless of if it’s an everyday meal or the centrepiece for a special occasion.

Paley farm is a traditional livestock farm and online Butchers in the heart of the Kent countryside. We focus on raising native & rare breeds to the highest welfare & environmental standards, producing delicious, 100% grass-fed meat

Henry is busy filling the counter ready for our lovely customers, whatever your plans might be we have plenty of choice with our top quality grass fed lamb and beef or totally free range pork!
