Karara Foods Brings Big Flavour to Your Kent Wedding Magazine

Award-winning Kent caterers shine a light on community, culture and cuisine in new feature

Karara Foods, the beloved Kent-based catering company known for its authentic Indian street food and aromatic dishes, is proudly featured in the March/April 2025 issue of Your Kent Wedding magazine. The spotlight on founder Paul and his team highlights their growing reputation for flavour-packed, inclusive catering – perfect for weddings, parties, corporate events and community celebrations.

From their famous vegetable samosa with chana masala to their colourful jeera rice and rainbow salad, Karara’s food is a vibrant feast for the senses. Whether you’re after a full wedding menu or an unforgettable street food experience, they cater to all needs – including cultural and dietary requirements – with flexibility and flair.

The article also showcases their popular homemade chutneys and sauces, crafted from local Kent ingredients and tailored to suit every taste. Fancy something sweet and mellow like their mango chutney? Or maybe you prefer to turn up the heat with their fiery dynamite sauce – there’s something for everyone.

Not just about the food, Karara Foods also brings people together. Their mango lassi – a traditional and refreshing drink – is a fan favourite, and they’re proud to have hosted large-scale community events, including a vibrant Vaisakhi celebration last year. They’re equally committed to charity work, often partnering with local organisations to give back.

If you’re planning a wedding or special event and want food that’s full of heart, heritage and bold flavour, Karara Foods is the name to remember.
