Gain a unique insight to our preferred Cheesemaker, the High Weald Dairy. For one day only, this is an opportunity to sample more than 12 varieties of cheese that they produce with interesting insights into the cheese making process, the stories behind the cheeses and we will share with you why we think The High Weald Dairy is one of the Best British Cheese makers.
Your cheese tasting extravaganza will be paired with a range of Wayfarer wines chosen to bring out the best flavours in both wine and cheese. This event will last approx 1.5 hrs with an additional 1.5hrs reserved for you to enjoy the beautiful vineyard, nibbles or simply to enjoy a glass of your favourite wine with your friends.
