Join Ian to master pasta-making and gain chef tips

Ian, a former teaching Chef at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Cookery School and with more than 20 years of experience in top-notch and Michelin-starred restaurants is now embarking on an exciting new venture by launching his own cookery classes.
The cooking classes are designed in a way to get you excited about food and learn whilst we go in a hands-on environment. I hope to give you the tools to be able to re-create these dishes at home with friends and loved ones.

Cut and roll out 2 types of pasta shapes Agnolotti & linguine (Working in pairs)
I will demonstrate how to make fresh ricotta
Make ricotta/spinach fillings
