Our host venue is Elite Pubs, The Cow Shed. Tucked behind The Farm House, The Cow Shed serves up the very best creative cocktails, small plates and pizzas and provides us with a great space to talk beer and network!.

Jane Peyton is an alcoholic drinks expert, writer, broadcaster, entrepreneur, and public speaker. She is the founder of the School of Booze – a consultancy specializing in alcoholic drinks which was named as one of the Top 100 SMEs in London & the South East. Jane was the UK’s first accredited cider sommelier, Britain's first Beer Sommelier of the Year, and is a former Drinks Educator of the Year. She is the author of several non-fiction books including ‘The Philosophy of Beer’, ‘The Philosophy of Cider’, ‘The Philosophy of Gin’, and ‘The Philosophy of Cocktails’. Jane writes fiction under the pen name B.A. Summer.
