On the 15th of October we will have a panel of highly experienced buyers ready to provide invaluable insights and feedback on your products.

Susie Warran-Smith will lead the panel asking for their insights on what they look for as buyers and how the process works. The panel discussion will be followed by a chance to sit down face-to-face with the experts and share your product.

The Tasting Surgery:

  • Book in for a 5-minute consultation with a buyer
  • Bring a maximum of three products to the event
  • Take away vital feedback on your product and pointers on how to improve the product for the market

Having started his career at The Savoy Group of Hotels in London, Finn has always had a strong interest, knowledge and love of Food and Wine. He has worked in General Management roles through much of Europe, where great food and the enjoyment of cooking has remained a consistent theme.

* Gareth Rees Finney - Executive Chef, Shepherd Neame

In current the role within the business since 2008. Responsible for 30 food sites that sit within three key concepts. Research, development of food produce to create recipes & seasonals menus.
