Calling Kents Talented Chefs !

As part of this years Taste of Kent Awards we are delighted to introduce a new category - The Kent Young Chef of the Year 2007 sponsored by Whitehead Monckton.

Kents student chefs are being invited to submit their favourite seasonal recipe. There is no time to waste as entries need to be submitted by the 14th December 2007.

The best recipes will be selected to go through to a series of semi- finals before the final itself on the 13th February 2008.

The event is being run with support from the ABode Hotel/ in Canterbury and Mark Rossi their Executive Chef will be leading the judging panel.
Thanet College will be providing the venue.
