STYLE GUIDE FOR MEMBERS

This guide will tell you when and how to use the Produced in Kent Ltd branding. It is important that our members adhere to these guidelines to preserve the overall image of Produced in Kent Ltd and its membership.

Produced in Kent Ltd reserves the right to refuse requests to the use of the logo in any circumstances it deems inappropriate and in the event of non compliance with such a request, or use not strictly in accordance with this guide, to take appropriate action against the relevant member.

There are 2 distinct logos to be used. Only original images supplied by Produced in Kent Ltd should be used to generate any publicity or marketing materials. Please contact jill@producedinkent.co.uk for copies of the appropriate images.

Logo A Main Corporate Logo
Logo B Produced in Kent Member Logo

Producer Member
1 – On letterhead, marketing promotions and at premises – Logo B
2 - On Products that meet the Produced in Kent criteria - Logo A
-fruit, vegetables, meats etc must have spent the majority of its life in Kent
- all products made must have undergone a value added process over and above re-packaging or re-marketing and wherever possible are sourced from products originating in Kent
Full details will need to be provided for all products for which you seek approval to use the logo. These details will include but are not limited to identity/source of raw ingredients, location of manufacturing/processing and other information requested by Produced in Kent Ltd
Approval must be granted before the logo may be used.
3 – On your website - Logo B
Please provide a link to www.producedinkent.co.uk
4 – Use in any other circumstances is to be approved by Produced in Kent Ltd


Retail/Wholesale & Hospitality Member
1 - On letterhead, marketing promotions and at premises – Logo B
2 – Nothing should be added to individual products. If the producer is entitled to use the logo then they are responsible for ensuring it carries the Produced in Kent logo.
3 – On your website – Logo B

For use of Logo A for P.O.S. materials or in connection with a Box Scheme / Hamper or similar please contact us for discussion/approval.

Associate Member

1 - On letterhead, marketing promotions and at premises – Logo B
2 – On your website – Logo B

Affiliate Member

Farmers Markets
1-Logo only to be used by Producers attending the market in accordance with the Producer Member guidelines.

In addition to the use of the logo a number of items are available to purchase to further promote your business and your association with Produced in Kent.
